The Minds Behind the Mission
Founder
Rajesh started Netting Work after years of observing a clear gap in Ranchi's home services market:
residents needed professional, reliable netting solutions, but had access only to unorganised,
low-quality providers. With a background in construction materials and a deep connection to
Kushal Kraft's architecture and interiors work, he brought the same standards of quality craftsmanship
into the world of netting.
Under his leadership, Netting Work has grown from a 2-person startup to Ranchi's most trusted
netting service — completing 500+ projects across residential, commercial, industrial, and
sports sectors. Rajesh personally oversees quality standards and vendor relationships to ensure
every material used meets the mark.
Technical
Amit is the technical backbone of Netting Work. With a background in structural engineering
and hands-on experience across hundreds of installation sites, he ensures every project is
executed with precision — from load calculations for industrial safety nets to millimetre-accurate
mosquito net frame fits for residential windows.
He leads all field teams, conducts pre-installation site assessments, and maintains Netting Work's
zero-defect installation record. Amit also trains new technicians and develops the standard
operating procedures used across all project types. His attention to structural detail is the
reason clients repeatedly call Netting Work when competitors' work fails.
Customer Head
Priya is the voice and heart of Netting Work's customer experience. She manages the entire
customer journey — from the first inquiry call to post-installation follow-ups — ensuring every
client feels heard, valued, and completely satisfied at each touchpoint.
With a deep belief that great service is as important as great installation, Priya has built
Netting Work's reputation for warmth, responsiveness, and transparency. She coordinates the
scheduling of over 30+ site visits a month, manages client communications, and personally
handles escalations to ensure swift resolution. Her work is the reason 70% of Netting Work's
business comes from repeat customers and referrals.
